AT&T plans to launch 5G network service for mobile users by 2018

AT&T Incorporation, a U.S. based multinational telecom corporation, has declared to introduce a 5G network for mobiles by 2018. The key officials of the firm have apparently stated that its new network will comply with 5G new radio standards set by 3GPP (third generation partnership project). As per reports, the firm has announced that its 5G network service will reach twelve U.S. cities by the end of 2018. It has also been learnt that the firm will continue offering its LTE and 5G evolution network services equipped with new additional features, to end-users.

Industry analysts are of the opinion that the 5G network will provide effective connectivity and rapid internet speeds along with ultra-low latency to the consumers. Technocrats claim that the new network will have the ability to effectively deliver and improve user experiences such as virtual reality, 4K video seamless viewing, and autonomous vehicles. According to authentic sources, 5G evolution network of AT&T is only available today in twenty-three metro cities of the U.S. But, the firm has stated that it is planning to launch the network across many of the new metro regions in the U.S. over the next few months.
