Tesla opens two supercharging stations with creature comforts in CA

Renowned Tesla supercharging station in CA, Tesla has established a mega supercharger station across some of the prominent regions of the U.S. Nearly 40 stalls of superchargers have been installed across the two all-new stations in Baker and Kettleman respectively. These supercharger stations are reportedly located at a halfway point between the routes connecting popular cities such as Los Angeles to Las Vegas and San Francisco.

Sources claim that the stations are inclusive of highly comfortable facilities for drivers and passengers. The amenities included at the stations are a private customer lounge, a separate area for pets, and a family recreational space. The stations are also inclusive of restrooms, solar covered parking, apparel shops, Wi-Fi facilities, and food and drinks. Tesla has further announced that the customer lounge would be accessible 24X7 for all the Tesla drivers, for which an access code would be delivered on their vehicle touchscreen.

As per authentic sources, Tesla’s high-powered charging stations in Kettleman city and Baker have power pack battery storage units and a solar canopy too. With regards to the deployment of this supercharging station, the general manager of Bravo Farms in Kettleman City, Meko Feltus was quoted stating that these stations will attract more people to this area and hopefully, there may a chance that local businesses would get the benefit of exploiting lucrative opportunities for growth.

Currently, there are more than 1,040 supercharger stations across the globe, as per records. It has been reported that in order to expand its business space in world’s biggest automotive market, Tesla has apparently decided to deploy 1000 superchargers in China alone by the end of the year 2017. Presently, Tesla is looking forward to launching more charging stations across major cities in the U.S., considering the massive transformation in electric vehicle market across the United States.
